Lighting

This is a video of our different attempts at various lighting techniques. We tried using different coloured lights to find the best light for detail in low visibility without loosing too much area.
  From our experimenting we've decided to use natural coloured strong-focused lights to give a clear detail without loosing too much area.
Our lighting is now focused around using the reflective ceiling of the room we are filming in and the non-reflective floor to create enough light without focusing it onto the subject, to make it appear as though its coming from the candle, this worked quite well  in our film although some brightening was necessary in Post.
